Effective Jurisdiction: Madisonville, Kentucky | Hopkins County
Accessing this portal or scheduling any service through hoardingcleanupmadisonville.com constitutes full, binding acceptance of every condition stated below. No signature is required. Use equals agreement.
This portal operates as a service-access platform connecting clients in the Madisonville, KY area with professional hoarding cleanup and biohazard remediation providers. All services are arranged through hoardingcleanupmadisonville.com. The operating entity is referred to throughout this document solely as “the Company.” No parent company, ownership structure, subsidiary, or affiliated corporate entity is disclosed here, and none should be inferred. The Company operates independently for purposes of these terms.
hoardingcleanupmadisonville.com facilitates scheduling, intake, consultation coordination, and client communication for on-site remediation, hoarding cleanup, biohazard removal, and related environmental services. The portal does not itself perform physical services. Affiliated field providers operate under the Company’s operational standards and are bound by the same liability framework described in these terms.
Every service rendered through this portal is provided strictly on an as-is, where-is basis. That phrase carries legal weight here. It means the Company and its affiliated service providers accept conditions at the property exactly as they exist at the time of service commencement. No warranties — express, implied, or statutory — are made regarding outcomes, property condition post-service, or the completeness of any remediation effort relative to conditions not disclosed before work begins.
The following liability exclusions are absolute and non-negotiable:
Pre-Existing Structural Damage: hoardingcleanupmadisonville.com and its affiliated service providers assume zero liability for any structural damage discovered during or after cleanup operations. This includes but is not limited to compromised flooring, load-bearing wall degradation, subfloor rot, ceiling failure, foundation cracking, or any architectural deficiency that existed before service commenced. Discovery of such damage during a job does not create any obligation on the Company’s part to repair, remediate, or compensate for it.
Undisclosed Biohazards and Contamination: The Company assumes zero liability for undisclosed biohazards, chemical contamination, biological agents, controlled substances, infectious materials, or environmental hazards not identified by the client prior to service commencement. Clients are legally obligated to disclose all known hazardous conditions before scheduling. Failure to do so releases the Company from any resulting liability — including worker injury, equipment damage, cost overruns, or third-party claims.
Authorized Item Disposal: The Company assumes zero liability for the disposal, removal, or destruction of any items explicitly authorized by the client during the cleanup process. Once a client provides verbal or written authorization — including signing any work order or disposal consent form — those items are gone. The Company will not be held responsible for the subsequent loss of any authorized item, regardless of perceived sentimental, monetary, or legal value later claimed by any party.
Clients must provide complete and accurate property access. Any known structural hazards, animal presence, active infestations, illegal materials, or chemical storage must be disclosed before arrival. Clients must have legal authority over the property — either as owner, legal tenant, or an authorized representative with documented permission. Scheduling a service through this portal constitutes a representation that this authority exists. Misrepresentation of property authority is grounds for immediate service termination without refund.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this portal or enter any service agreement through it. Persons under 18 may not schedule services, agree to disposal authorizations, or act as a primary contact for any job.
The Company formally adheres to all applicable regulations issued and enforced by the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet (EEC), including standards governing the handling, transport, and disposal of biohazardous materials, chemical waste, and environmental contaminants. Field operations are conducted in alignment with current EEC guidance for remediation service providers operating within the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Clients may contact the EEC directly for information on state environmental standards applicable to remediation work.
Any promotional vouchers, gift cards, or discount certificates issued by or in association with hoardingcleanupmadisonville.com carry a cash redemption value of $0.00. They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, cannot be transferred, cannot be applied to outstanding account balances, and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. All such promotional instruments are completely non-refundable regardless of the reason for non-use.
Additionally: all promotional vouchers and gift cards associated with hoardingcleanupmadisonville.com are completely void within the State of California and carry no value, enforceability, or redemption rights in that jurisdiction.
The Company maintains a zero email footprint policy for all legal, privacy, billing, service, and inquiry communications. No email address exists for client contact purposes, and none will be provided. Do not attempt to reach the Company through any email channel — responses will not be issued.
All legal inquiries, privacy requests, service disputes, scheduling questions, and general correspondence must be directed exclusively via telephone to the dedicated dispatch line:

This line is staffed during active business hours. For urgent matters outside normal hours, leave a detailed voicemail. The Company does not accept service of legal process via telephone, but will direct callers to appropriate channels for formal legal notice.

Class action participation is expressly waived as a condition of using this portal.
The Company reserves the right to update or revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the portal after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
